Due to the nature of freshly roasted coffee, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards.
Returns
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit.
- No refunds for taste preference, grind size selection errors, or delayed delivery by courier partners.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during transit
- Manufacturing or packaging defect
