Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of freshly roasted coffee, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards.

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit.
  • No refunds for taste preference, grind size selection errors, or delayed delivery by courier partners.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing or packaging defect
